Please note that we do not offer refunds on any orders. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

* Exchanges can be requested within 15 days of delivery.
* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
* Exchange is applicable only for size issues or damaged/wrong products received.
* Customers are required to share an unboxing video or clear images in case of damaged or incorrect items.
* Exchange requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.
